Cozy cottage get-away at Lake Winnipesaukee with swim access off dock

  • Cozy cottage get-away that fits up to 4 people with a view of the water from the cottage. The beach and entertainment just a short walk away, and a beautiful large deck across the street over Lake Winnipesaukee that you can swim off of and/or jump in off the diving board, enjoy our kayaks (2) and a paddleboard, take in the gorgeous views, watch all the fun activity on the water, the gazebo, and SO much more! We own this deck and it is shared with the house next door and no one else. There are also lots of great restaurants, ice cream places & miniature golf that are all walking distance from the cottage. *Must climb stairs to get to dock or walk down street and back which will take about 10 minutes vs 3-5 minutes using path/stairs*
