Terrible hotel! When we tried to go to one of the restaurants we were told they “were all booked up for next 3 nights by group tours!” The room AC was loud and squeezed so we had to turn it off and the room was sweltering hot. We asked reception for directions to a restaurant and they were rude and unhelpful. The housekeeper didn’t empty the waste baskets twice, didn’t replace two towels and once didn’t bother to clean the room or make the bed at all! Way too expensive for a less than acceptable hotel!

"What a wonderfully unique property. So glad I booked this location. I did not use the map on the back of the check-in instructions so finding the room was difficult in the dark but I blame myself. A heads up to those booking, it is a large and wonderful outdoor campus so the map is very useful!!! ..."
