Please note the following:
The maximum occupancy of this home is 8, this includes infants and children and is strictly adhered to. There are only 4 cars permitted to be parked on property. Amenity passes are not included with your booking. You must purchase these, they are $10 per person 2 and over per day for a maximum of 12 passes per home.

July 4th Weekend Guests:
Renters during the July 4th weekend do not have access to the community pool or lake amenities. However, the fireworks display is open to everyone, and river access remains available for all guests.

Service Animals & ESAs (Emotional Support Animals)
We gladly welcome service dogs as defined by the ADA. These are dogs individually trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities. Under federal and Pennsylvania law, they are permitted in all public spaces, including this listing.

• You are not required to show certification, but the dog must be under control at all times.
• We may ask if the dog is required due to a disability and what task it has been trained to perform (as allowed by law).
