"The location is excellent! Very easy to travel, public transport nearby and very efficient. The Hop on Hop off blue line and red has a stop in front of the hotel. Very useful when in a hurry to get something from the drugstore (cross the street) or grocery. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Will definitely book again! And the Negroni was the best I ever had! Room perfect for a single traveller. Quiet, comfortable bed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"This is a decent business hotel as one would expect for a Novotel. I'm not entirely sure why they call the rooms "suites" because everything is in one room except for the bathroom facilities. I guess because the rooms are large and include a sofa and two chairs they consider that a "suite" in Europe. This would be a normal-sized hotel room in North America. There's a mini fridge but no mive or other kitchen amenities. Despite what the internet would tell you, the hotel does NOT have laundry facilities. There's a small supermarket on the next block but not much else in the neighbourhood. Fortunately, you are right next to a U1 stop so it's easy to get to the VIC or city center. I would stay here again."

Everything about the hotel was top-notch—the property was exceptionally clean, the rooms were spotless, and the included breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. The staff was also wonderful, friendly, and highly professional throughout my entire visit. From the cleanliness to the service, everything was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!"
