Regrettably, upon check-in, rooms were unavailable, necessitating a prolonged wait for housekeeping to complete the room turnover process. Furthermore, there were remnants of food on the carpets. Regrettably, the hallways emitted a distinct and unpleasant odor. As previously mentioned, I have made multiple visits to this establishment while visiting friends and family, and I have not experienced this situation. I suspect that this incident may have been attributed to staffing or organizational issues. I do hope they consider at least a momentary accommodation. "

"Great stay. Its hard to find reasonable accommodations in Manyunk/East Falls. Room was perfect for my needs. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The coffee and water in the cute libby were appreciated. Hosts were communicative, checkin and out was seamless. Will stay again."
