"I was incredibly disappointed with my stay here and feel very misled by the information on Expedia. This is advertised as a resort-style hotel off the beaten path. And it kind of is, but nothing is open. I spent five nights and the Burger bar was never open, the coffee shop was never open. All these shops along the main walkway were closed. The restaurant opened at mysterious times. The information on Expedia says there's a buffet style restaurant. There isn't. It says the pool restaurant Oliva serves brunch, lunch, and dinner, but its only open from 12-5, so no brunch and dinner only if you eat dinner before 5pm. There is nothing here. There are no bars, no lobby bars, no pool bars, nobody serving drinks anywhere. At 9pm the resort is empty. There is nothing to do. The only breakfast option is to go to the OTHER hotel where you can pay 19€ (not 17€ like Expedia says) for access to the buffet. I don't know why breakfast was not included in my booking, but I had to pay. There is a supermarket and the idea seems to be that you are to buy groceries and cook in your room. I am on vacation and have no interest in cooking. When I spoke to the woman at the front desk she basically confirmed "we are not a hotel, we just rent apartments." I wish Expedia had made that clear so I didn't waste my money and vacation time expecting five nights in a resort. The bus stop is a 15 minute walk and you need to take the bus 20 minutes into town to actually do anything. Better to book there."

"Perfect location! Great apartment for the price. It was much bigger than we expected, which was a nice surprise. Staff was helpful. Regarding amenities, we were here on the offseason so the pool wasn’t open which we knew about. While I think the posting said that there was laundry onsite, there wasn’t. Would highly recommend staying here."

"The parking was easy & secure. Room was clean and spacious. My only negative was that there is no way of blocking the light coming into the room. There are lights on the balcony that shine into the room. Making it too light to sleep comfortably. I enjoyed the breakfast & its an easy walk to the old town."

"The property needs updating. We stayed for four nights, and during that time they never cleaned the room or provided fresh bedding. They advised me not to use Uber for a taxi, arranged one for me instead, and I ended up getting overcharged—£21 for a 5-kilometre journey. For the same distance, Uber charged me only £9. There was no reception and no ongoing communication from the owners—only when we arrived and when they happened to see us on the property, and even then they barely acknowledged us. Overall, the service was poor and the stay simply wasn’t worth it. I decided not to complain at the time because I didn’t want the hassle of arguing with the owners. However, my rental car door was damaged while parked at the hotel, and when I asked about it, I received no response."

"Im Vorfeld gab es durch den Gastgeber einige Empfehlungen für Bademöglichkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation erfolge unkompliziert über WhatsApp auf deutsch. Auf Anfrage konnten wir sogar schon früher in das Haus ohne das ein Aufpreis verlangt wurde. Generell war der Gastgeber sehr nett und hat sich sehr schnell um alles gekümmert. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schick eingerichtet. Wir hatten zu 4 genug Platz. Im Vorgarten befindet sich ein Pavillon und eine schöne Grillecke. Hinter dem Haus war ein recht großer Garten in dem sich ungestört Sonnen kann. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber trotzdem ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit in dem Haus und können es nur empfehlen. Preis/ Leistung ist top! "
