Private: property 7'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool heated (35 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 06.Apr. - 12.Oct.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, tennis, floodlit, table tennis, barbecue. In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Towel change daily. Roofed, parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 900 m, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 2.7 km, pebble beach 3.5 km, rocky beach 3.5 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Please note: suitable for families. Groups of teenagers on request only. Animals in the neighbourhood. Die Villa ist einem hervorragenden Zustand. Es ist sehr sauber, und alle vorhandenen Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Pool ist ein Traum und die Aussicht wunderschön. Wir haben absolut nichts zu bemängeln und können das Domizil uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Villa

Super nette Gastgeber und ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Anwesen mit einer tollen Villa. Wir hatten eine tolle und abwechslungsreiche Woche mit vielen Aktivitäten wie Tennis, Golf, Fahrrad fahren und einfach mal am Pool chillen und haben viel gekocht. Der Gastgeber hat sogar einen Gemüsegarten, an dem sich die Gäste bedienen können - das ist etwas ganz Besonderes.
