Villa Octingenti in Marceljani - Haus für 4-6 Personen

House for 4-6 persons: approx. 85 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room with air conditioning, pull-out couch (140 x 200) and direct access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool. Also, a WC. On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed and single bed and a bedroom with double bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV and air conditioning. Furthermore, the first floor offers two bathrooms with shower.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details:

WiFi available free of charge. Outdoor shower, sun loungers and two parasols at the pool are provided for your convenience. The last 100 m to the house is on a gravel road. Free private parking on the property.

Einfach nur traumhaft

Wunderschöne Villa mit einem traumhaften großen Pool und Garten. Die Villa liegt etwas abseits der Straße, dementsprechend ruhig und nicht einsehbar ist das Grundstück. Dennoch ist man in gut 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in Labin. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist in Ordnung. Im Prinzip war alles Notwendige da. Kleiner Wermutstropfen ist der kleine Kühlschrank, der eine Vorratshaltung erschwert. Wir waren einfach einmal öfter einkaufen, geht auch. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Vermieter, die uns persönlich mit Obstkorb und Wein begrüßt haben. Gefehlt hat uns eigentlich nur das Meer vor der Tür, aber das wussten wir ja vorher. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt und wurde ebenfalls herzlich empfangen.
