  • On the outskirts of the medieval town of Labin on the east coast of Istria, the 160 m² villa awaits you in a modern, romantic style with three bedrooms (each with double bed), two bathrooms (shower/WC) and a spacious living/dining room with open kitchen. The living room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.

    The new town of Labin with its numerous shops, cafés and restaurants is within walking distance. In the nearby old town of Labin you will find numerous historical monuments and impressive buildings, which you can explore during a walk through the medieval alleys of the old town. 
    The beautiful beaches of the holiday resort Rabac, famous for its white pebble beaches and pure bathing pleasure, are about 5 km away.
