  • This beautiful Mediterranean pool house is surrounded by vineyards and fig trees. Only 10 minutes drive away are the places Prtlog and Duga Uvala with beaches and great views of the Kvarner Bay. The house is very spacious and consists of first floor and first floor. On the first floor you will find a konoba with a fireplace, a fitness room, a bedroom and a bathroom and a covered terrace. On the second floor there are three bedrooms furnished with homemade furniture, kitchen, living room with fireplace, two floors, toilet and another terrace with a view of vineyards. If you rent the villa in September, you can participate in the grape harvest on the vineyards of the owner and experience How the grapes are processed and taste traditional food of the region. In just 5 minutes by car you can reach the town of Labin, with many galleries and the famous Venetian church. You can also visit various galleries.
