Modern house with pool, in a quiet village, close to Labin

Modern en tidy house. All four bedrooms have their own bathroom en suite. The pool is lovely. Fully airconditioned. We had a lovely stay. Everything you need is there. Minor minus point: there was no dining table outside.

Great house with nice terrace and pool area

Nice, clean house with all facilities needed. Nice with aircondition in all rooms. The terrace and pool is where we spend all the time. The house is far out in the countryside with 5,5 km to nearest supermarket. The house is not central to Labin even it shows so on the map.

Unser Urlaub war herrlich

Die Unterkunft war einfach herrlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und nett. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und waren sehr zufrieden. Ein toller Ort um zu entspannen.

Sehr schönes Haus kleines manko

Wir hatten wirklich einen schönen Urlaub in dem Haus. Das Haus war beim antreffen sauber. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich gewesen. Da bei uns eine Anreise ein paar Tage später erst möglich war, wie gebucht. War aber für die Besitzer gar kein Problem. Nochmals danke für die Spontanität. Ausstattung ist vom Grunde her ausreichend gewesen. Wir waren 7 Personen davon 3 kleine Kinder. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight. Die ersten Tage waren nur ein paar Ameisen und Käfer im Haus, was so abseitz klar ist. Leider hat es dann einmal nachts geregnet und am nächsten Morgen hatten wir eine riesige Überraschung. Die Ameisen haben durch jede ritze ein weg rein ins Haus gefunden. Danach mussten wir 2x am Tag mit Ameisenspray sprühen damit sie nicht wieder ins Haus kamen. Was mit kleinen Kinder nicht ganz ideal ist.

Bellle villa et beau séjour

On a passé un tres agréables moment dans la villa. Tout etait tres bien et conforme a ce que l'on voit sur le site d'Abritel. La propriétaires est sympa et vous aide avec plaisir en cas de besoin.

Toller Urlaub, mit Abstrichen

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen in dem Haus. Grundsätzlich war alles ok und wie beschrieben. Anzumerken wäre: Wir haben das Haus zu 8 bewohnt, ausgelegt ist es bis 10 Personen, dennoch war Geschirr so knapp, dass nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine betätigt werden. Zudem war die Ausstattung der Küche sehr dürftig. Ärgerlich, da man sich ja in so einem Haus eher selbst versorgt und somit häufig kocht. Nach einer Woche wollten etwas sauber machen. Hierfür mussten wir aber erst mal nach dem passenden Equipment fragen (was uns auch direkt gebracht wurde, großes Lob dafür). Besen und Staubsauger, sowie Wischmopp ließen dann aber doch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Pool und die Sonnenterasse sind toll und haben voll den Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Sommerküche war leider nicht sehr einladend, um dort zu verweilen. Dies haben wir dann auf der Terrasse vorgezogen. Grillutensilien fehlen vollständig. Mobiliar sehr einfach und teilweise schon sehr verwohnt. Die Duschecke am Pool war eher eine Rumpelecke. Auch der unterhalb gelegene Teil des Gartens, in dem sich die Schaukel befindet, war nicht sehr einladend. Rasenflächen zum spielen fehlen völlig, wären aber sicher von Vorteil und gut machbar. Wo niemand etwas für kann: wir hatten mächtig mit Ameisen- und Fliegenbefall zu kämpfen, dem auch mit diversen Sprays nicht entgegen zu wirken war. Die Lage ist weit ab von allem, mind 20 min Autofahrt in den nächsten Ort, Supermarkt, Strand.

Im ersten Eindruck gut, im Detail zu verbessern

Positiv ist definitiv die Größe des Pools, die Anzahl der Bäder und Schlafzimmer und die tolle Küche, sowie das Wohnzimmer. Ebenfalls positiv ist, dass der Vermieter sich um eine Mängelbeseitigung der für uns dringlichsten Punkte sehr bemüht hat. (Matratzen wurden asap. gereinigt und Schimmelflecken an der Klimaanlage entfernt. Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten: Der Außenbereich müsste besser gepflegt werden. Für das Alter von zwei Jahren sind die Möbel teilweise ziemlich abgewohnt (ein Barhocker war so kaputt, dass massive Risse zu sehen waren, wurde vom Vermieter umgehend entsorgt. In den Badmöbeln sind sehr große Stockflecken durch ehemals undichte Abläufe. Die Matratzen passen teilweise nicht in die Betten, daher haben wir nicht gut gelegen.

La casa está muy bien para 8 personas. Está un poco alejada del núcleo urbano, a 10 minutos de coche, y eso es algo que no se especificaba bien en el anuncio. Por lo demás lo hemos pasado bien, y la atención de los anfitriones ha sido buena

Schöne Villa mit leichten Abstrichen

Das Haus ist super, die 4 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad sind gut, bei den Schränken hätte man aber auf mehr Qualität achten sollen. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut,es könnten aber ein paar Gegenstände, z.B. Gläser oder Besteckteile aufgefüllt werden, damit auch bei voller Belegung für jeden etwas da ist. Das sollte man bei dem Mietpreis schon erwarten können. Der Pool ist mit 4x10m riesig,hier kann man hervorragend seine Bahnen schwimmen. Abzüge gibt's für den Außenbereich. Leider war der Rasen offenbar seit Wochen oder Monaten nicht mehr gemäht und null gepflegt, trotz Zusage wurde das auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht erledigt. In der Außenküche ist ein großer Gasgrill vorhanden, leider fehlt hier ein typisch kroatischer Kohlegrill/Feuerstelle. Etwas sparsam war auch die Außenbeleuchtung und das Poollicht,die leider per Zeitschalter nur 2 Stunden abends an waren. Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut ruhig, allerdings ist der nächste Supermarkt oder das nächste Restaurant ca. 10 Minuten per Auto entfernt. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Insgesamt kann man das Haus aber auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
