"Clean, quiet and comfortable. A/C units in bedrooms worked well. Could use another pan in the kitchen and a microwave would be useful. The sign for the property at the edge of the village could be larger and more prominent as it was initially overlooked."

When we arrived at the property street, we spent approximately an hour trying to locate the property. The property owner did not pick up our calls. When we finally found the property, the owner claimed that they had no record of our booking, despite us having paid in full just a few weeks before. The room that we eventually stayed in was being used by another guest. We contacted Expedia...

"We had a lovely family holiday in this house. Very clean and well equiped. A short distance from the centre of Guebwiller with good access to the charming villages and cities in the region. Very good contact with the agent and a very quiet location with lovely outdoor facilities. Would certainly recommend a stay here to others wanting to visit the region."
