This hotel was lovely. The room & pictures were as described on the site, easy check-in, easy checkout. The one thing I was concerned about and I meant to report it to the staff but I forgot. The elliptical has screws missing on the handles.

Hyatt Place Fort Myers/at The Forum
Staff was great. Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel just needs to be freshed up a bit. Rugs and funiture were slightly worn and were in need of replacung soon. However the rooms were clean and comfortsble. I wish the room had a microwave as well.

The room was definitely neglected as the room smelled like mold & mildew. We found obvious evidence of the presence of mold in the fridge, bathroom (shower) and even the painting in the bathroom was moldy. The late night clerk was not helpful in any way and even after complaining he could not approve ...
