Welcome to your perfect mountain getaway! Nestled in the heart of breathtaking mountain scenery, this cozy and charming condo offers a serene retreat. This mountain condo is an ideal escape for nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, and those seeking tranquility. Enjoy hiking, mountain biking, or immersing yourself in nature, the surrounding area offers endless opportunities for exploration and adventure. ***pets welcome, $35 pet fee applies. Pls keep off furniture***

We recommend that you print or take screen shots of the map and directions as cellular service is not reliable in the area.

Winter: The dirt road to the condo is plowed when it snows but we suggest driving a capable 4wd vehicle just in case.

The condo is located in the Rocky Mountains and borders the San Isabel National Forest and there is A LOT of wildlife (Bears, Deer, Elk, etc.) in the immediate area. PLEASE BE ALERT AND AWARE of your surroundings at all times (especially at night). We strongly suggest bringing and carrying BEAR SPRAY.

CHARCOAL GRILLS or FIRE PITS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Please do not use the fireplace.

There are games and DVD's in the unit for you to enjoy and you can borrow more DVDs from the Mercantile. The TV has Netflix and ROKU. Feel free to login via your account to enjoy these services during your stay. Don't forget to logout also ;)

Beautiful view.

Place is pretty basic. Not enough counter space to cook. Oven very dirty. Need chairs in living room. No dish washing soap. Looks like a new owner that has just put in basic necessities. Fireplace was great although no matches or fire starter. Place was not prepared for cold weather.

The house was clean and nice. The stairs to the property are in bad shape and there is no easy wat to get to the condo. I fell twice going down because of the uneven railroad ties. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Bad drive up in winter to this place

This property doesn’t tell you this condo has a very steep road to travel up. The bigger issue is the county takes care of the road going uphill they have left so much snow and ice hard packed and glazed that I tried for three hours with chains just to go only one mile. This property is not a place to stay in winter. Management should refund my money but no response from them yet
