"This used to be our favorite Hotel , with this stay it made me change my mind , First thing as I got there at 2:50 pm 10 mins before check in time they told me my room was not ready, that I had to wait. They told me I had to wait 30 mins , after 30 mins passed by I went to front desk they told me I had to wait another 30min to an 1 hr so they can have it ready . I went back at 4:30 and finally it was ready ! Ok so far I understand it was busy but as soon as I enter my room I can tell my room was not well clean , One of the beds had eyelashes stick to the fitted sheet and another one in the end of the bed . There was trash on the floor on the sides of the bed ( they were cover with the skirts of the bed) 2 hand towels were dirty and had stains , 2 big towels also had Cheetos stains or that’s what I want to believe it was . I talk to the front desk and also by text and they didn’t care at all , they told me they were going to go and change the bedding sheets and never came by. I had to ask for extra sheets so I can put them on top so I can put my kids to sleep. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED of this stay ! For sure I’ll stop recommending this hotel! "

"We are a family of four. Checked in at around 9:30pm. Got unpacked & ready for bed at about 12:30 our neighbor started playing very very loud music, I waited it out for about 30 mins then called down to ask if there were any restrictions on music & they told me they would call the room to ask to lower music. Music was lowered but definitely not enough "

"After a 4 hour drive pulled up to hotel to check in, got keys walked into our room and it was filthy. Dirty towels hanging on shower rod piled up on the bathroom floor, sink was gross trash was all Over the room and left in trash can. We we complained to the front desk the manager walked us to over to the room next door and it was somewhat decent, we were exhausted just got out of work and drove 4 hours. Got settled in and noticed that the carpets have not been vacuum probably in a week or longer. We didn’t bring it to the manger’s attention due to the exhaustion and overwhelmed by the filth of the first room. Property looks run down. We will not be staying at this hotel in the future. "
