"Nuestra experiencia en Selvario fue excelente. Desde el momento en que llegas, el hotel transmite una identidad muy marcada y coherente con su nombre. La fachada y todo el paisajismo son realmente muy bonitos y crean una atmósfera fresca, elegante y acogedora. El servicio fue uno de los puntos más destacados de nuestra estadía. Todo el personal fue muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una excelente actitud. Felipe, quien nos acompañó a la habitación, nos hizo sentir muy bien recibidos desde el primer momento. Nos explicó todo perfectamente, estuvo pendiente de cada detalle y siempre mostró una actitud amable y servicial. La terraza también merece una mención especial porque es muy bonita y tiene un restaurante bar con un ambiente súper agradable para relajarse, compartir y disfrutar Medellín. Definitivamente es uno de esos espacios que hacen más especial la experiencia dentro del hotel. Además, Alberto, uno de los líderes del hotel, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Se nota cuando un equipo realmente entiende de hospitalidad y busca que el invitado viva una experiencia cercana y memorable. En general, es un hotel muy bonito, con excelente atención, buenos espacios y una experiencia muy agradable. Súper recomendado para quienes buscan disfrutar Medellín en un lugar con personalidad, buen ambiente y gran servicio."

"Our stay at the Novotel El Tesoro was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is located at the mall, a tall modern building with beautiful views of Medellín, especially at night. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with great air conditioning that made the stay even more pleasant after exploring the city. The staff was always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything needed. Breakfast was also a highlight — great variety, fresh options, and excellent service every morning. Overall, an amazing experience with great rooms, outstanding views, and a very comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Medellín."
