La campagne, l'océan, la douceur de Martinique

Calme et tranquillité avec un merveilleux panorama pour cet appartement situé dans les hauteurs de Trinité. Dans la campagne pour de belles balades. Proche de plages calmes pour des baignades à l'envie, une belle piscine est à disposition pour compenser en cas de mauvais temps. Et puis, c'est la Martinique où tout est à portée à condition de disposer d'un véhicule.

Charmante demeure avec une belle vue

Bien que le chemin soit un peu abrupte pour s'y rendre, la propriété est très bien placée. Le calme y est très appréciable. Une fois le ciel dégagé, la vue sur la mer est splendide, tant depuis la piscine que depuis la terrasse. Aucun équipement ne nous a posé problème pour se poser, cuisiner ou encore dormir. La piscine est très agréable à utiliser, de jour comme de nuit. Toutefois, attention à la vétusté de certains équipements (porte véranda à l'étage, mobilier de jardin, baignoire, télévision âgée). C'est mon seul point négatif. Et en ce qui me concerne, il n'entache en rien le très bon séjour que j'ai vécu dans cette propriété. En conclusion, si l'occasion s'y représente, j'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Désastre

Les portes ne sont pas étanches donc les bestioles entre dans l'appartement. C'est à la campagne, dans les fenêtres il n'y a pas de moustiquaire donc les moustiques sont parmi nous. La porte du balcon du haut est sur le point de tomber. Les armoires sont en ruines. La poignée de la porte du bas tombe toujours. Pour la propreté il y avait des toiles d'araignées La vaisselle est sale. Nous avons quitté le plus tôt possible.

Très belle vue mais location vétuste

La location est située sur le côté de la maison et ne donne pas sur la piscine, ce qui n est pas sécure lorsque les enfants sont dans la piscine (vous n entendez absolument rien depuis la cuisine). L appartement est assez vetuste. Pas de moustiquaire aux fenêtres, alors certes nous n avons pas eu de moustiques mais tous autres sortes d insectes rentraient en permanence : scolopandres, annetons, grenouilles... Ils rentraient également sous la porte qui n est pas étanche. La climatisation dans la chambre adulte dysfonctionnait et était bloquée à une certaine température, le tout projeté au niveau de la tête, nous avons eu froid ! Mme Poullet est très aimable et arrangeante, nous avons été bien reçu. Linge de toilette fourni. Tarif excessif au regard de la qualité de la location, on paye uniquement la vue !

La propriété de Sylviane, située sur les hauteurs de la Trinité, très calme, offre une belle vue sur la mer ! En outre, profiter de la piscine ! a été, pour nous, le nec plus ultra surtout quand il a été question de couvre feu 19 h ! Environnement agréable ! Aucune émanation de sargasses. Unser Aufenthalt in Trinité bei Mme Poullet

Frau Poullet ist eine sehr freundliche und engagierte Gastgeberin. Sie zeigte uns die geräumige als auch gut aufgeteilte Ferienwohnung und gab uns wertvolle Ratschläge. Der Blick von der großen Terrasse und vom Pool war überwältigend! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!!

L'annonce ne laissait pas du tout présager qu'il s'agissait d'un appartement accolé à la villa de la propriétaire et que la piscine est partagée avec les locataires de .deux autres appartements . Le troisième jour la propriétaire frappe à la porte en disant qu'un téléphone a disparu de chez elle et comme c'est "un truc de jeunes "ça ne peut être que mes ados. Elle a fouillé avec moi l'ensemble de l'appartement sans se calmer Le lendemain, venue des gendarmes qui ont calmé les choses. Préjugés inacceptables pour moi. Expérience très désagréable.

3 ladies (1 Brit, 2 Americans) visited for 6 nights in April 2019. Comments: We had not noticed in the description that a/c is only in the main double bedroom. This was our fault but it had a negative impact on our stay. The apartment, as evidenced in the photos and others’ reviews, is small and fairly basic. Each bed has a mosquito net covering it. The nets in the smaller bedroom had holes in them but didn’t seem to let bugs in. Pros: The garden and pool area are just beautiful. The pool is very clean, the stone flagging around the pool is gorgeous. The extensive gardens are beautifully landscaped. There were plenty of chairs and loungers. Mme P was very welcoming and showed us around the apartment. She had kindly provided some preserves and brioche for our first breakfast. We conversed in French. The apartment was clean and looks like the photos provided. Linens and towels were provided. The shower pressure in the 2nd bathroom was excellent. Cons: There were no screens on the windows, only wooden shutters. This meant that bugs (especially mosquitoes) were everywhere in the house (apart from the main bedroom. We kept that bedroom door firmly closed, to conserve the a/c in that room and to try and keep out bugs. They still got in). From our previous stay the week prior in St Lucia, this seems to be fairly common in the Caribbean. In our St Lucia house, the main part of the house had shutters but no screens. However we did not have so many issues there with mosquitoes. In Mme P's apartment, we got bitten fairly regularly. We enjoyed some drinks one sunset at the pool and got bitten there also. We kept the shutters closed in the second bedroom, to try and prevent bugs and mosquitoes from entering. This made the room very hot. After a rainstorm, the sheets on the bed were very humid and uncomfortable too.

belle location permettant un très agréable séjour pour découvrir la Martinique

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en Martinique malgré les nombreuses averses de pluie. La propriétaire, Mme Poulet, est très accueillante et toujours très disponible pour le moindre renseignement. Le logement correspond tout à fait au descriptif et je recommande cette location très bien située pour visiter et découvrir l'île et pour la gentillesse de la propriétaire.

Logement très bien situé

Le logement de Mme Poulet est très bien situé pour qui veut visiter la Martinique. Le logement en lui-même est bien équipé et confortable même s'il est ancien. Le fait que la cuisine se trouve à l'étage n'est pas gênant s'il fait beau, du fait que la vue est magnifique. L'accès n'est pas facile d'un prime abord, mais l'on s'habitue rapidement. Ne pas hésiter à louer cette habitation. Mme Poulet est charmante et très accueillante et prévenante.

Séjour très calme

Concours de circonstances quand nous sommes arrivés la piscine était en pleins travaux et autre... Avec notre fille nous avons tout de même décidé de rester, et c'était sans regrets !! L'appartement se situe a coté de la maison principale de Mme POULLET et à l'abri des regards, logement basique mais ne manque de rien.Cuisine à l'étage! D'ailleurs nous avons pu profiter de la piscine avec sa vue MAGNIFIQUE sur la mer et que la propriétaire nettoie tous les matins! Madame POULLET est très gentille, et partage avec vous les fruits du verger! Séjour pour couple, famille et randonneur ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir en Septembre si Dieu veut!

Location d'un confort très correct, très bien localisée en bordure de forêt et pour visiter la Martinique. Le Parc et la piscine sont parfaits pour se détendre après une journée de découverte et la propriétaire a trouvé du temps pour de petites attentions et des échanges sympathiques tout au long du séjour.

Hôtesse super gentille et accueillante. Vue sur la mer depuis les deux terrasses. Piscine bien entretenue avec jardins magnifiques avec arbres fruitiers. Le logement est basique mais ne manque de rien. Très confortable.
