Très bon séjour au Novecento!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu le droit à un excellent accueil, un bon café et de très bons conseils sur la ville et sur les visites à faire. Je remercie d'ailleurs Guillermo et Anna pour leur gentillesse et leurs conseils, sans eux notre séjour n'aurait pas été aussi agréable 😉. L'hôtel est quant à lui à taille humaine, en plein centre de la vieille ville, idéalement situé pour aller prendre un bateau, un train ou tout simplement pour manger, shopper ou boire un verre, et tout celà sans prendre la voiture! Notre chambre était agréable avec une jolie salle de bain, et au calme malgré la situation en centre ville. Rien à redire, ce petit hôtel plein de charme nous a vraiment conquis. Merci à toute l'équipe (y compris la dame du petit déjeuner), nous reviendrons à coup sûr quand nous retournerons à La Spezia.

호스트 너무 친절합니다. 깔끔하게 혼자쓰기 좋은 1인실이 있어요 가성비도 좋고 조식도 이만하면 훌륭해요! 역에서 7-8분 정도 떨어져있지만 근처에 맛있는 레스토랑도 있고 젤라또 맛집도 있고해서 나쁘지 않아요~ 혼자여행 가성비 숙소로 추천해요!!

Petit hôtel très bien situé. Accueil très chaleureux, et attentionné. Petit-déjeuner excellent ! Excellents conseils pour les visites touristiques. Très bon rapport qualité / prix. Seul petit bémol: sanitaires refaits à neuf, mais mal refaits. Mais rien qui ne saurait gâcher ce séjour.

Venligt lille sted gåafstand til togstation

Stedet minder nærmere om et hostel for backpackers end et hotel. Det kunne mærkes både på indretningen og værelsets størrelse, der var ret småt - samt ved check in i receptionen. De var rigtig søde, men blev lidt overrasket pga. prisen (i den høje ende, måske pga højsæson). Stedet lå også lidt skjult fra gågaden, så kig efter et lille skilt for at dreje ind i en lille alley. Men hvis du planlægger at tilbringe en dag for at udforske Cinque Terre, er beliggenheden rigtig god for togstationen La Spezia Centrale.

Ikke helt som forventet

Da vi ankom hotellet, ble vi overrasket over at det ikke matchet bildene. Det var nå tegnet over alt på veggene. Personalet var veldig vennlige og hjelpsomme, og gav oss en del tips til ting vi kunne finne på i nærheten. Hotellet ligger sentralt til i byen og har gåavstand til togstasjonen, noe som var et stort pluss. Rommet var sterilt og med moderniseringsbehov.

Very old and basic, air conditioning did not work, can hear the people in the next room talking, no coffee or tea in the room only a kettle and sugar. Rooms are very small and there is no staff on site during evening hours. English is understood at a bare minimum. Rooms are clean and breakfast is sufficient

Good Hotel, if.....

Cozy 2 stars hotel recently refecorated with a certain taste. Good location in a quiet courtyard not far from the center and the station. However walls are very thin: you can hear your neighbour'talk (and not only...) and breakfast starts a bit late at 8 (sometimes later). The owner is a nice guy, very kind and polite. He said he wll fix the noisy air conditioning unit in the single room which is very small but cozy.

God morgenmad, ikke så stort udvalg men fin kvalitet. Utrolig svært at finde- vi kom også da det var mørkt. Det lå på Strøget og kun et lille skilt viste derind. Skiltet blev taget når hotellet lukker. Parkering med måske 6-8 fri parkering lå 700m fra hotellet. Parkering koster 1,5 euro om dagen og 1 euro om natten. Receptionen lukker kl 20.00. Banegården ligger 700m fra hotellet

Dans une petite impasse qui donne sur la rue piétonne, le lieu est au calme. L'accueil très bien, personne sympatique. La chambre était trés propre, la salle de bain également. Le petit-déjeuner suffissant pour commencer la journée. Proche de la gare, moins de 10 min à pied.
