Great place, great hosts and super clean

Marco and Elisa are fantastic hosts. They are always there to help if you need it. The villa is immaculate and very well organised. A little bit out of the centre but it is very easy to get everywhere. It only took us 18 minutes to Cinque Terre. Parking was on the street outside (free). Local neighborhood is very safe. Marco was able to recommend a few places to eat in the local area. Great service, great place - thank you. We will be back.

Le meilleurs endroit de La Spezia !!!

Une belle surprise cet endroit, quand ont passent le portail de bonnes ondes sont présentes et les hôtes sont juste exceptionnel. Piscine, baby foot, BBQ, jardin, chambre ... tou est parfait pour passer une super moment.

Place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre with car

Our room was very comfortable and modern. The building was quite nice as well. The host was very friendly. However the check in time was extremely inconvenient. Their hours are from 18:30 to 22:00. We had planned to go to Cinque Terre the day we arrived. We had to call the host to accommodate us. Which he did. But it was extremely inconvenient and took a while. It is also a bit if a walk to the La Spezia train station if you are going to take the train to Cinque Terre. About 20 minutes. No breakfast but there was a cafe right across the street.

A 15 minutes à pied de la gare de la Spezia, un hébergement agréable pour visiter les 5 Terres. L'accueil est très chaleureux et l'aménagement extérieur avec piscine, salon détente et aire de jeux pour enfants est un vrai plus.

Ottimo per lavoro...ma penso anche per famiglie.

Villa con camere pulite, esterno ben curato ed attrezzato che abbiamo usato per mangiare fuori. Fuori mano per quanto riguarda i locali o passeggiare, non è nella posizione giusta, quindi suggerisco auto, non sono a conoscenza di autobus che passino di e non ho chiesto dato che ero in auto. A pochi minuti di auto davvero si raggiunge la base Navale che era quella che mi interessava. Senza lode ne infamia il baretto di fronte per fare colazione. Cordiali e disponibili Elisa & Marco, per quanto riguarda gli orari di check-in, assolutamente nulla da dire. La zona e tranquilla, senza rumori, se proprio devo trovare un difetto..il frigo in camera era rumoroso :) ...ma l'acqua è gratis, cosa da sottolineare e che non tutti danno. Della piscina non ho fruito ma pulita e ben tenuta.

Charming

Super cute decor, large clean room with a terrace. Bathroom very recently renovated. Perfect for families with two play areas, a bbq with seating in a gazebo and a pool! Amenities included snacks and complete espresso set up. Convenient to three restaurants. Quiet at night.

Marco notre hote est tres sympathique Mais personne a notre arrivee il a fallu telephoner. Ouvrir 3 portes pour acceder a la chambre : portail, entree plus une porte d'etage Douche tres malcommode a utiliser si on ne veut pas du plafonnier. Poubelle sdb non videe Clim bruyante Chambre trop petite Parfum trop prononce dans espace invites. Pas de lumiere du jour. Volets bloques. Les equipements proposes sont interessants pour les amateurs. Piscine et salle de gym jeux pour les petits Un peu loin du centre.

Impossibile rendere a parole la gentilezza e l'ospitalità, quasi familiare, trovate in Elisa e Marco, sempre pronti e disponibili a ogni esigenza. Impagabili nei loro sforzi di rendere il soggiorno quanto più confortevole possibile, al punto da farci sentire come a casa nostra. In questo periodo, certamente non facile a causa del Covid, sono stati in grado di sorridere con ancora più forza dietro le mascherine, eliminando la forzata lontananza fisica. Che dire poi delle stanze, pulite e dotate di ogni piccolo confort. Dall'acqua in frigo (un'accortezza non scontata e che si è fatta notare) al bollitore con le tisane, niente è lasciato al caso. Un soggiorno consigliato a tutti, sia da soli che in compagnia, soprattutto se ci si vuole sentire a casa anche a km di distanza..
