Problème de tension dans le quartier comparé à la villa où se trouvait ma belle famille :seul la clim du salon et d'une chambre fonctionnaient convenablement.on a dû acheter des ventilateurs.Des travaux étaient en cours pour palier ce problème donc à voir. les pompes pour piscine sont energivores 110000cfa en 3 semaines.Interieur propre . Propriétaire gentil et très réactif à chaque email.Gardien et réceptionniste aussi.Si les problèmes d'électricité sont résolus,alors c'est une villa intéressante.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passez un excellent séjour avec les enfants. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute de ses clients et répond à chaques sollicitations. Le pisciniste et la femme de ménage s'occupe bien de leur tâche. Le seule bémols ce sont les poubelles qui ne sortent qu'une fois par semaine ce qui apporte plus de mouches et d'insectes. Je vous recommande tout de même cette maison.
