Expedia shall regulate more these offerings . Limited heating and and healthy using kerosene inside the rooms . Total lack of service if you arrive after 8 pm. No towels and no WIFI in an area with very low internet celular service

NO VAYAN, publicidad engañosa y mala atención

NO VAYAN, no es un hotel 4 estrellas se acerca mas a un hostal de segunda, publicidad engañosa el embalse no tiene agua hace 5 años, no cumple con lo que promete el anuncio, no hay vista prometida, no hay servicio de hotel, no funciona la tinaja, el vehiculo lo tuvimos que dejar en la calle, mala recepción, sin seguridad, una escalera que no es apta para niños, personas mayores o con algun problema físico, los cubos (habitación) sin ventilecion y un olor insoportable, sin lugar para dejar bolsos o maletas baño diminuto y para coronar nuestra estadia el dia de salida comenzaron a molestar y presionar a las 9:00 AM y a las 10:30, Veronica me llamo para presionar mi salida siendo el check out a las 11:00 indicando que las mucamas estaban esperando para limpiar y eramos los unicos en el lugar, mala y una experiencia desagradable en todos los aspectos, NO VAYAN.

Pésimo el hotel, no fue para nada grato hospedarse

Publicidad engañosa, el lugar no es como se muestra en Internet, hay que dejar el auto afuera (en la calle), no tiene estacionamiento privado como me habían dicho, es muy complicado llevar y traer las cosas entre el auto y el cubo, ya que hay que recorrer un tramo largo y subir y bajar escaleras muy peligrosas, en el cubo no hay aire acondicionado, tanto en el día como en la noche es muy caluroso, en la noche no pudimos dormir bien por el calor y los zancudos (muchos) que andaban. La relación precio calidad es pésima, por ningún motivo lo recomiendo

Experiencia en un no hotel

Fue una experiencia distinta. No era facil de encontar personas de la administración. Como recomendación a quienes vayan al lugar. Lleven Raid para arañas y mata zancudos. Ya que al mover almohadas salieron un par de arañas. Revisen las camas por seguridad. Como es un espacio muy reducido quedan las camas pegadas a los muros. Por lo demas es un lugar muy tranquilo y con buen ambiente entre huespedes.

Extraordinario Lugar!

Muy buena experiencia! un lugar acogedor y vista privilegiada al embalse. Nos encantaron los Cubos y áreas comunes como la piscina, quincho, hot tub. También las noches entretenidas, en un espacio mágico con la exquisita comida de su Food Truck. Atención atención excepcional de Verónica y Carolina. Un lugar ideal para los amantes del windsurf. Absolutamente recomendable!

Excelente lugar!

Excelente ubicación, atención y preocupación de sus dueñas ideal para ir a desconectarse nos encantaron los cubos, vista directa al embalse y en la noche el silencio y las estrellas que veíamos desde la ventana cenital del cubo le dan un toque muy mágico que solo se vive en Puclaro. Áreas comunes limpias, ordenadas y todo mantenido muy bien. Absolutamente recomendable y visitable en una nueva ocasión!

Muy buen lugar , al lado de la playa y contiguo a bares y restorantes. Estacionamiento gratis dice …pero son limitados si no hay cupo cuando llegues y deberás quedarte estacionado afuera. (Al menos yo lo dejé afuera y no pasó nada)

Me gusto mucho la experiencia de alojar en Puclaro. Creo que se debe potenciar el hotel con mas actividades y extras. Lo unico malo fue el olor a desague que aparecia sobre todo en las mañanas, estuve en cubo 7, linda vista, y cubo 5 (pésima, encima del food truck)

Es un hostal, no un hotel, en terminos generales es agradable, sin embargo tiene falencias, no hay personal permanentemente, asi que si se presenta algo no tienes a quien acudir. Al interior hay un food truck con buena oferta, pero cero medidas anti covid, no mascarilla, y nada de distanciamiento fisico. Como hostal es aceptable

En el Logo del hotel se indica que es 4 estrellas, pero no lo es. Recomendado sólo para parejas sin hijos, sin muchas comodidades. Cocina compartida, sin wifi, sin desayuno. Al momento de reservar no se indicó que no era temporada de deportes náuticos. Los cubos son bastante chicos. Mala relación calidad /precio

Es un lugar único con una maravillosa vista al embalse que a medio día se torna de color turquesa, hermosas instalaciones, con piscina y zona de quincho muy agradable, es un lugar muy seguro y tranquilo, cercano a numerosos paseos interesantes como el Valle del Elqui, cabañas muy limpias y equipadas con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una maravillosa estadía.
