AMAZING hotel!!!
The hotel is breathtaking, the manager and room swrvice staff were very attentionate. we felt like it is personalized care in that hotel. really great team. the food can be little bit better, compared to the gorgeousness of the hotel, we think the food can be better.

Disappointed by the room
Service was good with a special mention for the bistrot staff which was especially great. Main problem was with the room, it was next to some sort of engine room so it was noisy at night. Additionally the room was on a separate building which means we had to make a short walk out in the cold to the main building for breakfast, dinner, SPA etc. Which was even worse for my heavily pregnant partner who had to wear scarf and jacket every time. Room wasn’t particularly impressive and the mattress was lightly collapsed in the middle. The SPA was very good. We are now spending two nights at the QC terme Monte Bianco and is much better.

Not a 5 star hotel service as lots to improve from soar treatment to restaurante service. All issues raised with the hotels director and hopefully the improvements will follow soon

Our fourth stay, just for one night. We always make a point of staying if we are nearby. Superb location, attractive rooms, excellent evening meal and breakfast. We upgraded our stay to a room with a exit onto a balcony / terrace but it was tucked down beside the wall for the swimming pool so a little dark and disappointing. Because we have been back several times the staff were very kind and gave up a bottle of sparking wine which was very thoughtful of them.

I have stayed in many 5 star properties, but have not received the level of attentiveness nor service as we have experienced at the Mont Blanc Hotel Village. The staff are truly experts at performing their respective jobs. I am literally the pickiest person when it comes to customer service and not only could I not find fault with anything here, it all exceeded my very high expectations. I am truly impressed. The accommodations are lovely in their traditional vibe, but with all of the necessary amenities (modern bathroom features, etc.). The chef is obviously skilled and the menu is very northern Italy. We have not explored the little village of La Salle as we have driven to Courmayeur to skate and ski during the day. Courmayeur is lovely and I can’t say enough about the Courmayeur Sport Complex ice rink and coaches. It was amazing being able to travel to Europe and continue my training by working with Marika Poli as my “on the road” figure skating coach. We will certainly return and bring the kids next time!

The property is quite an excellent, multifaceted series of buildings. It is removed from the more populous areas of Courmayeur but close enough that it is easy to get to and fro. The hotel itself is quite pretty, has amazing views, and is memorable for sure.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, beautiful wood and stone work everywhere, incredibly picturesque. The spa and pool areas were gorgeous and the staff was impeccably helpful. We honestly had a tough time leaving, to the point that we considered booking an additional night and staying even though we had already prepaid for a room at another hotel further along in our travels - it was that good. Highly recommended.

Utterly idyllic
Possibly the most lovely hotel we have ever stayed in! The setting is without compare. They have an amazing spa and the lovely Ana Maria gave great treatments. Breakfast is great and included! Only lose one star because the in house restaurant was a huge disappointment. Supposedly Michelin starred, I can only guess as it was low season they had a skeleton crew in the kitchen. The food was frankly second rate, and let down what was otherwise an impeccable stay

Atmosfera da favola, rilassata e rilassante. La struttura è immersa nel verde e gode di una vista impareggiabile sul Monte Bianco. Esternamente è presente una piscina con acqua non riscaldata (personalmente mai usata perché troppo fredda per me) e una jacuzzi con acqua riscaldata. Bella anche la spa, sebbene in parte chiusa (bagno turco e sauna erano chiusi per rispettare le norme anti-covid). Ottima anche la pulizia delle piscine (un'inserviente disinfettava le sdraio ad ogni utilizzo). Bello anche il ristorante, con un giovane chef che cucina piatti gourmet tra tradizione e innovazione. Buono anche il servizio e gentile lo staff; unico neo è che non tutti i camerieri indossavano la mascherina. La stanza assegnataci era spaziosa, con un ampio terrazzo e una romantica finestra testa letto con vista sul Monte Bianco (la mattina era un piacere svegliarsi con questo panorama). Stanza pulita e inservienti gentili che si assicuravano ogni giorno che non mancasse nulla tra le dotazioni. Infine la colazione anche ottima, con menu à la carte per via del covid ma comunque ben presentata e più che soddisfacente. Nel complesso esperienza super positiva. Da rifare.

Il centro benessere e la ristorazione ; cena ottima, non fornitissima la Carta vini perché l’hotel era i. Chiusura la camera aveva qualche mancanza (specchio non funzionante nella rotazione) e per una junior suite mi aspettavo dimensioni più ampie

Un établissement exceptionnel. Service parfait, où l’on retient vos habitudes. Un très grand confort dans les chambres. Un cadre merveilleux. Il faut absolument profiter du spa et du concept qui est ludique et très efficace au niveau des soins.

Bellissimo albergo, belle le camere e le parti comuni, molto curate; ristorante francesizzante piu che valdostano , ma con ottime materie prime. Costi non eccessivi per quanto offerto, apprezzata la navetta gratuita per Courmayeur ad uso personalizzato. Molto cortese e disponibile tutto il personale, in particolare del ristorante. Impagabile la vista sul MOnte Bianco dalla sala da pranzo. Un luogo in cui tornare al piu presto!!!

Hotel vecchio e isolato. Mobili vecchi, decorazioni dipinte sulle pareti patetiche, TV 4:3 non funzionante, bagno squallido. Hotel di montagna che pubblicizza centro benessere Spa con piccola piscina esterna che peró non è riscaldata e quindi inutilizzabile. Ristorante pretenzioso con piatti della sedicente "cucina tipica valdostana" che sono solo una lontanissima allusione e porzioni formato assaggio.

ﾎﾃﾙにはスパやジャグジーやプールがあり滞在客は利用できます。スパが洞窟をイメージするような作りやスパも室内プールがあり凝った作りでした。水着を持って行くことを是非お勧めします。部屋も山小屋風な感じで何よりも素晴らしかったことは部屋からモンブランが山頂までくっきりと見えたことでした。周りには何も無い街ですが標高1000Mの立地しているホテルで旅の途中に少し身体を癒す目的でホテルライフを楽しむことが出来ました。

Week-end romantico
Io è la mia ragazza abbiamo trascorso un week-end romantico nel confort del l'hotel e del centro benessere , e la cosa che ci lascia sempre senza parole e la sensazione che si prova nel camminare verso l'idromassagio che c'è fuori in mezzo alla neve e immergersi nell'acqua calda e osservare il monte bianco, devo dire che a distanza di anni che siamo tornati è sempre fantastico , grazie a presto
