"Porta nova suites exceeded my expectations. It was my first time in Spain for a wedding. I saw the property on Expedia and instantly fell in love with the pictures in the amenities offered. Once I got to the property, I was met with a lovely receptionist who gave us a tour of the property and our suite and insured. We had everything. Our stay was nothing short of amazing the breakfast every morning as well as the views from every corner of the room was absolutely breathtaking. The staff is easily accessible through WhatsApp. And the cleaners were also very nice. I’m so happy with her. "Although the hotel is very dated and very basic, it was excellent value for money. Expect what you pay for. Rooms are clean. Pool is very small and limited space to sunbathe but ok for a cool down. Breakfast is basic - croissants, few meats, yogurts, fruit bottled water & orange, coffee - not bad at all. Staff are friendly and helpful and the bar is cheap. Free large car park and a short walk to supermarkets, McDonald’s and the town. Main downfall is that it is situated on a busy road with no footpath - not ideal but ok . Overall quite impressed and would return! "

A small request for some more diet drinks for our next stay in september as partner is diabetic. No english channels on TV but who cares with such a beaufiful outdoor area. "Absolutely suited my wife and myself, having breakfast i.e. cereal, on the terrace! Beautiful view from terrace! Convenient to walk to old town but many steps, might not suit everybody, with fantastic restaurants like Casa Vital and The Indian Elephant. Good base with bus and tram to see local area!
