"Noone at the reception. Tried calling multiple times but no reply. Finally sended at message on WhatsApp and someone showed up. The room is ON the train rails. Sound like it’s going through your head. Otherwise okay clean room. "

"The room was clean, although showing signs of wear. The 1st night we only had luke warm water to shower, probably it had been used up as the hotel was very full, it was ok after that. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The amenties were as stated, i only used the gym which was a bit small but had a reasonable selection of equipment. The food was ok a bit cold, but that is normal for the Spanish, but a good selection and plentiful. Drinks at the bar and restaurant were not overly priced."

"Although we booked the last minute the check in system is a not so magical mystery tour with no clear instructions. Having said that once we managed to contact the receptionist he was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. If you do not know Benidorm the location is a long climb up from the beach and certainly not for the faint hearted."
