"One night stay returning north to ferry. Interesting Property within gated grounds but a little way out from city. Hosts very welcoming and helpful. Weather was hot and room in roof required windows to be open to encourage air flow but unfortunately let in rather too much noise from busy road and very active frogs in the river. However, enjoyed otherwise excellent bedroom and on suite facilities, WiFi, and very enjoyable breakfast. "

"Propriétaire arrangeante et disponible. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis, avec 4 jeunes enfants. L'extérieur de la maison est très appréciable même si nous avons parfois été dérangés par des frelons. La cuisine est grande et fonctionnelle, de même pour le salon. Certains éléments pourraient être réparés (couvercle de la poubelle, poignée de portes...). Chambres confortables et bonne literie. Équipement pour les bébés (lit à barreaux, chaise haute et baignoire). Nous reviendrons...

"Fijne accommodatie. We hadden de pech dat het erg heet was en dat de temperatuur op de zolderkamer behoorlijk hoog was. Er was wel gezorgd voor airco. En wat waren we blij met het zwembad! Heerlijk... Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Stonden meteen klaar als we een vraag hadden. De familiekamer was ruim, fijn ingericht en het was er schoon. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!"

"I wish we had longer to stay. The Château has been renovated with all the modern comforts you need. Lovely bedrooms, big bathrooms and beautiful views across the countryside. Steven is also a friendly and welcoming host who makes the best English tea, his own jams and bakes pastries daily. Nearby towns (10 mins drive) have excellent restaurants also if you want to venture away for a meal, incl a Michelin starred. "

"Good parking Check out at 10 am is too early for travelers Breakfast poor: we only got a bottle of milk no juice in the refrigerator. Our room has no air conditioner , has a fan instead. Disappointed ,room doesn’t look anything like pictures shown Windows has no screen, so when we open to get fresh air, bugs flown in. Fortunately we only stay one night otherwise I wouldn’t stay longer."
