Unfortunately, the pictures of this property were very misleading. The property was not kept up. The spa didn’t work the first 2 nights even though we were assured it worked. I found a pair of black panties in the master bed the first night. The pillow cases in one bedroom were wet. The water took 20 minutes to heat up in the master shower, and never heated in the master faucets. Others in my party had the same experience in other bathrooms. The water pressure in the showered was so low, it was almost impossible to shower. The outdoor furniture was torn, or worse rotted and broken. The kitchen freezer had no shelves. There was mold on several of the bathrooms, the air ducts were all covered in black soot and dust, causing allergic reactions for most of our party. 4 left early due to the dust and mold. There were no window cranks on bathroom windows, making it impossible to open windows. There was outdoor furniture used as an indoor dining table. One table top table in the breakfast nook was so rickety that one persons hot coffee spilled all over them when they set the coffee on the table top. It was very disappointing overall. We expected a beautiful place as the pictures showed. We have contacted the management company several times to workout some type of refund for all of the issues and they refuse to respond. My entire party was greatly disappointed by this property and the lack of response from the owner or manager. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood
This home is quite lovely and the neighborhood is peaceful and has beautiful views of the mountains. We had plenty of space for our entire family. The casita is perfect for a few people, and there area extra foldaway beds in the main house, if needed. The beds were comfortable and there are a TON of seating areas, both inside and outside. The hot tub was not working during our stay, but the pool was clean and warm enough. We had a few hiccups with items in the house not working properly, but the management team was very responsive and helpful to address them right away. The kitchen is large and easy to cook in, and having on-site laundry is a big plus. There were some things that were not perfectly clean, and a few things needing some minor fixes, but overall, this was such a lovely home. Thanks for letting our family celebrate my dad's 80th birthday in Palm Springs!

Perfect Family Vacay Getaway
First off we look forward to being returning guests. This was an absolute fantastic home for our family vacation. Pros: The back yard amenities are fantastic and bountiful. Plenty of seating for large group. Pet Friendly. Spa and pool. Pool table and ping pong. Fire pit and Bbq area. So many amenities. Very thought out and functional vacation home. Fully Gated complex is reassuring and comforting. House had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. Very intentional in decorating and making this home perfect for family retreats Cons: Don’t be too noisy rules. The sign of $1000 possible fee for noise, is fear enough to be overly quiet. so no music while lounging by the pool. Neighbor complained about our dog barking but it was actually the dog in the yard behind the house. Pool service twice a week, is great. But is a bit scary when a strange guy walks up in the backyard while your out by the pool. Need to let tenants know the pool and trash service days. We figured it out Casita is great but bed needs to be updated.

We had a blast
We had a great time during our stay. The house is big a allowed our group of 10 people to do different times when we wanted and enjoy our time together as well. The pool was refreshing during the heat, the game room was a must, the big table inside was great for breakfast and lunch with everyone, the bbq area and seating was great to use during the night. We definitely will go back

Great girls weekend
We enjoyed our stay at this clean and well appointed home. There was plenty of space for ten of us to spread out and enjoy the property. The pool was just right for cooling off during the hot days. We cooked on the gas grill and ate outside at the bar or inside at the large table for our meals. The house is on a main street, but it still felt private and like our desert oasis.

Check in and door lock issues
Place was great once we could finally get into all rooms. The casita code they gave us was wrong. Management would only communicate via text; they wouldn’t answer my calls. Took longer than expected. Seemed unorganized for a reservation I made months ago. Garage wouldn’t open, door was locked. They had to send a maintenance guy who spent 2.5 hours there replacing the entire door lock in order for us to gain access to garage. Shoutout to the maintenance guy though, he was great. Other than that, place was sufficient.

Private spaces and nice amenities
The house itself was as expected. As a group of couples we appreciated the privacy of the bedrooms. The pool and other amenities were great and added to the fun experience! The house is a little run down and needs some tlc, but it was astetic and didn't interfere with my enjoyment. There were some strange interruptions, a few of which I wish the management would have notified me of. Due to a faulty dryer (which we survived without, but someone else may have needed), the cleaners were there two hours past my check in. One day, the pool cleaner came and though he was very kind and efficient that should have been noted. There was also garbage pick up and they came inside the gate. I'm glad I didn't need to put it outside, but a heads up would have been nice so that I wasn't startled to find a man moving the bins. The power company also came by to check out some palm trees in the backyard that might be interfering with the lines. None of these things kept me from loving the sun and pool and my friends, but they should probably be in an email or something. I would absolutely stay again!

A decent home
Overall it was a positive experience, but there are small annoying things about the home that you won't catch from the pictures, which left a sour taste in our experience given the amount we paid for our four nights there. A few items worth calling out that I hope the owner/manager will address. The temp on the pool and spa was auto-set to a lower setting. Only because one of us had experience with that specific heater were we able to override it so we could heat up the pool and spa. Generally a lot of the house felt "cheap" and like they were cutting corners. No plugs for the bathtub drains which means the little kids couldn't take baths. We had to rig something to make it work. Some of the outlets don't seem to work. The fire pit has an auto-shutoff after 60 min so it's annoying to always keep winding the timer. The pool table is very cheap and flimsy. We had to have a technician come out on the second day to fix the internet <-> TV connection so we could watch the football bowl games, one of the high-top tables is pretty wobbly. On the plus side: the beds are very comfortable, the house was well-stocked with towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The kitchen had plenty of dishware and soap available. The property is otherwise well-maintained (although when the sprinklers go off, it drains all over the pool deck). And we didn't have any issue with indoor hot water. The water heater seemed to be working very well. Overall, I'd recommend this place. Just manage expectations. It's not high-end quality for sure. But it's nice enough. The layout is a bit funky, lots of corners and small rooms. Feels like a maze sometimes. But we had three couples along with a bunch of little kids and it worked for us. Pretty easy to get around, location-wise.

The heater unit will turn off once it reaches that temp and turn n again once the temperature falls below that. The fire pit is a safety measure to ensure it isn't accidentally left on. Great for a girls weekend
Was a nice home, a little confusing on all the rules and how to work the jacuzzi and the water heater was off so we had to take cold showered until someone came out (they came out as soon as we contacted them, so that was nice) The house was dirty when we got there (stains / spills on the cabinets and mostly kitchen) we had to clean that and also the dishes had some kind of coffee/ brown stuff on them we had to rinse off (nothing too serious but some of our group were put off) Overall it was a beautiful property and was great for hosting our group.

Almost perfect
After having to switch our home last minute due to black algae in the pool, it was amazing for this host to be able to accommodate us on a holiday weekend. The house was extremely clean and as presented in the photos. Since we were a large group, fuses were constantly being blown in the house, causing black outs and a/c out which was inconvenient, but the host was helpful. We did have a situation where someone seemed to have broken in— nothing was stolen, but doors were opened in the house and the police had to file a report. The host was gracious to us during this disturbance which had nothing to do with her or her property. We left a day early and she was helpful with cleaning up whatever we left in a hurry.

Trash cans full at time of arrival, water bottles at bottom of pool. A/C stopped working for a day. The photos of the property shows the property as much larger than in reality. Kitchen is awkward, island too large.

My Stay at the Villa Agave
The property is on a busy Main Street. There is ample parking for three cars inside the security gate. Once behind the gate the secure “Compound” feel was great! Unfortunately, the cleanliness of bedding in two rooms was disgusting. Blood stains found on one of the duvets in bedroom with the regular bed. (my 90 yr old mother’s room). The additional bedding in one of the middle bedrooms had unidentifiable yellow stains on them. Management’s response was quick and they bought new bedding within the hour of us reporting it. Check everything!!! The dryer did not work and could not be repaired during our stay. “Edgar the maintenance guy was the best!! Management did apologize. But, gave away a an entire to repair people in the house 😳There were “Many” issues we found with small items. The property should have been inspected by management rep prior to our arrival. The cleaning people need to do better. The worst of the worst is the neighbor in the rear of the property. She called the police on my 5 and 1year old grandchildren for being in the pool during non quiet hours and being children. We spoke to law enforcement and Vacay management and had no more issues with the neighbor filing false noise violations. I thought I asked enough questions to ensure these issues would not be ours…

We had a great time staying here. The house was clean and well equipped, and we loved the ping pong table and hanging chairs, as well as the ample seating areas and the pool/hot tub. Our only gripe was that we had to wait an hour after checkin for the cleaning crew to be done.

Weird layout not ideal for hanging out inside
Pictures of house are deceiving in portraying the layout of the house. Design weird and not ideal for hanging out with the group inside. Kitchen not stocked well at all. NO CORK SCREW at all - after finally getting wine back to the house we couldn’t open it. No matching dishes in the house at all. If we wanted to cook and actually sit down in the house for dinner there would be No matching plates or silver ware. No matching glass ware. Kitchen very unorganized. The hot water situation was the WORST. The hot water in the house was horrible and I took all cold showers. We had to call the management office no less than 10 times over 4 days to help us with the hot tub which took Forever to get hot and then would almost immediately shut off and be instantly cold again. The closets and weird corners of the house were not very clean and felt very “used”. The PROS: Awesome outdoor area. The fire pit is Amazing and puts out Great heat! The entertaining outdoor areas for ping pong bocci etc, very cute and fun. The beds were very comfortable and all the bedding was nice and plenty of very clean/nice towels and linens.

enjoyed our stay but house has "issues"
we enjoyed our stay but the house is located on a busy street (close to great hikes though) and has a couple of issues: the temp of the pool was not 84 as promised and can't be adjusted, the temp in the house was warm. the master shower doesn't get proper hot water. we had some issues with cleanliness of beds . the dryer doesn't work properly nor does the dishwasher. in all the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor has a lot to offer including all the activities, however the outdoor furniture left a lot to be desired, the cushions to the chairs were not the right size and another outdoor seating area had seats that were torn. obvious short term rental property. we rented during the ATP tennis tournament so the price was high. overall we enjoyed the stay.

Excellent property, good communication, easy in and out.
Property was amazing. Well furnished, helpful instructions, and just over beautiful experience. Really enjoyed the outdoor cooking area, the living spaces, and the main indoor room. Ample parking for our 4 vehicles, and really good location in relation to golf courses and the stores we needed to get to. Would book again!

The house is beautiful. It was a perfect size for my family and I. We had a great time. The only thing that was not accurately stated was the quiet time. All documentation (including the guest book inside the house) stated that quiet time was from 10pm-8am. We received three noise complaint reminders during the day while the kids were in the pool, which made us feel bad about having the kids play outside. Other than that, great communication with the property management.

The pool seriously hadn't been cleaned in probably years. It ruined all of our bathing suits. The place also didn't have much toilet paper, paper towels, or basic cooking supplies. It felt like we had to stock the place for them. Pretty annoying for a short stay

NICE HOME, GREAT YARD
Stayed at Villa Agave for an annual golf trip. The house slept six guys comfortably (two in the casita). The outdoor area was great. Perfect for cooking, socializing, games... The house layout was a bit odd, especially the kitchen and front room area. But overall, a very nice home and good value.

Great Spot and Great House
Outdoor living area was fantastic, the outdoor kitchen made things super convenient to get meals ready while kids were in the pool. WiFi was good and TVs in all the rooms helped kids relax after days out hiking in nearby areas. Great location with easy access to Costco and Vons, foot golf and tons of trails!

This home was so beautiful. I requested an early check and perhaps do to my request housekeeping may have rushed and some small amount of trash was left and the sofa bed had soiled linen. I also had asked a question through VRBO that didn't get answered, but I just read I was supposed to email them so that's probably why my questions didn't get answered. I also couldn't find dish towels, even mitts and a broom. I didn't submit message for this because I hadn't received a response to my original question. Overall a very nice experience and my grandkids totally enjoyed themselves.

Super clean and all the amenities! Dishwasher broke and one call had a great repairman out in 20 minutes on a Friday night!had a fantastic time for seven adults and six kids!

It was amazing!
The place could not have been better for celebrating my daughter's 40th birthday. There were 15 of us and not one complaint amongst us. There were enough towels, bedding, place settings, etc. etc. the pool was heated as promised and the spa was great. If I had a question about ANYTHING, Carl responded within minutes. I highly recommend this beautiful home for any gathering. Debra M.

Très bien mais pas assez de lit confortable pour tout le monde
Tout c’est bien passé à part les lits d’appoint sont complètement inutilisable , nous avons réservé pour 8 adultes qui devaient avoir chacun son lit mais a du dormir 2 par lit
