This home offers 5 king beds,1 queen, and 1 twin bunk bed. With a spacious floor plan, it's perfect for entertaining, offering a large, beautiful kitchen and dining room with great views and a cozy fireplace. The living room includes a generous seating area, TV, and a wet bar overlooking the golf course and private pool. The expansive master suite boasts a king-size bed, TV, direct access to the pool patio, and an oversized, spa-like remodeled bathroom. Two guest bedrooms have king-size beds and private bathrooms, while two additional bedrooms share guest bathrooms. The den includes a king-size bed and a bunk bed, sharing a bathroom as well. Also, the back patio offers a private pool, spa, and gas BBQ.

A refundable security deposit is required. The homeowner covers up to $350 monthly for gas and electricity combined, with any overage being the guest's responsibility. Cable and WiFi are included. This is a non-smoking, pet-free home (332LQ) with a 30-night minimum stay. NON-SMOKING HOME 332LQ
