This condo far exceeded our expectations as we’ve never been to Indio, California! The home- like atmosphere was very welcoming, comfy and quiet. We appreciated all of the amenities!! Thank you so much!!
We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was very clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable for our family. It offered great amenities that made our stay easy and enjoyable.The location was also ideal—close to stores, restaurants, and everything we needed. The owners were friendly, responsive, and welcoming, which made the experience even better.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!
Nice gated community with a pool (unheated) and hot tub near the rental unit. Large pool (heated) at the clubhouse. Residents very friendly and welcoming. Rental unit has a great layout with bedroom and ensuite on opposite sides of the home. The home was lacking some basic essentials (coffee filters, cling wrap, condiments, kleenex, wine opener etc) which was brought to the attention of the property management company. All in all a great stay in La Quinta.
The condo was built around 2002. Some of the kitchen appliances are the original installation and the owner was reluctant to update them. The refrigerator ice maker did not work and several glass shelves were missing. It took three weeks for the owner to agree to replace the refrigerator.Broken tiles in the shower and missing grout and no grab bars, leaking faucets.When we left at the end of 8 weeks, the garage door opener was not working and the microwave handle was held in place with gorilla tape.The management company (Royale) was prompt in fixing minor issues but was not able to convince the owner to fix major issues that were unacceptable for a 8 week rental.
