Turn off the AC or Heat. Set thermostat to 85 degrees.
Put down all window shades and blinds and lock sliding glass doors,
Remove outdoor patio umbrellas from stands.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quite Period 9 pm -8 am, no music, loud talking outside fines by security. No Smoking including marijuana or vaping in home. $500 fine or eviction
Daily Pool Heating and AC Fee $50 OR for month stays gas and electric $100 per month provided overage guest responsible for bill with Security Deposit

Great location and house

We loved our stay in this La Quinta vacation rental. The house was spacious and comfortable, the view of the golf course was great, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as advertised, very nice house, spacious, everything you need, along with a great pool and a beautiful view. The property manager was always responsive and ensured everything went well for us.
