You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Our Cozy Desert Piece of Paradise. PGA West golf course frontage.

You are invited to our cozy desert home. Located golf course front on the Nicklaus Private Course in PGA West. New features throughout that will give you all the relaxation and peace needed. Also, your own private putting green in the courtyard.
Plus enjoy our outdoor patio area with couch seating and dining table, with your own private BBQ. Inside we have brand new furnishings, carpet and paint to go with our high end bedding and towels. A full kitchen is there will all the extras and we also allow the use of our 4 seater golf cart to cruise around the neighborhood. This home also comes with an attached garage for extra privacy for your vehicle. The large master bath and walk in closet is handy with the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms adjoined by their own Jack and Jill bathroom for convenience. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer is also in the condo. This is a single level home with no stairs and plenty of courtyard privacy. Come enjoy our piece of paradise in the desert.

Perfect vacation

We spent the month of January here. The house is located in the PGA West property by the 14th green of the Nicklaus private course. The view from the backyard was amazing. We loved the location and all the amenities, especially use of the golf cart. We will definitely be staying here again!.

Our visit was excellent. The location of the house was quiet, peaceful, and we had a view of the golf course in the morning so we could see the sunrise over the mountains. It was a lovely home and we look forward to future visits. The host was very responsive when we had questions.
