The Space:

Professionally designed for modern luxury, the look and feel this 2,730 square ft house is made for an extended getaway. We designed the entire home with the new normal in mind. The home has a lot of tree shade in the backyard over the pool, making it a great getaway even in the summer.



Start your day with a morning coffee in peace & shade among the hummingbirds and butterflies on the patio. Stay productive with 500 Mbps high-speed mesh wifi throughout the house and backyard, and multiple laptop-friendly working areas. Need a break? Take an afternoon dip in the deep saltwater pool in the shade, a perfect respite even in the height of the hot desert summer. In the evening, fire up the grill and enjoy outdoor dining on the patio. Cap off the evening gathering around around the fire pit or a dip in the hot tub spa.

* Accessible outlet for EV charging (110V)

- Our home is so inviting, we currently rent it out for stays more than 30 days. If you are looking to stay for a few months, inquire about our longer term stay discount.

Minutes from local shopping & dining. Stock-up at Target, Costco, Walmart, Trader Joe's and multiple grocery stores. Enjoy take out and a variety of restaurants in the area. The house is the perfect location within driving distance to Joshua Tree Park, Palm Springs, Coachella Valley, and Indian Wells.

Easy access to Highway 111 and I-10. Plenty of neighborhood walking & biking opportunities.
