Your reservation merely guarantees you a private Studio Casita at Legacy Villas featuring a King Size bed, kitchenette and patio or balcony, comparable in size and quality to the photos shown in the listing. While every effort will be made to provide the exact location selected by Guest (or one as comparable as possible), Owner shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, cost or damages suffered by Guest as a result of a location assignment different from the address show90n in the Contract, and no refunds or credits shall be issued. In the rare event that the assigned location features a Queen Size bed instead of a King, Guest shall receive a credit of 10% off of the contracted nightly rate.

House Rules
No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.
