Proudly hosted by a father and son team rather than a property management company, we focus on quality, responsiveness, and the details that make a stay comfortable and easy.
The home sits in an ideal location just a short walk to the iconic La Quinta Resort & Club, where guests can enjoy restaurants, shops, and the lively atmosphere of the resort village. The community pool, spa, and tennis courts are located directly across from the home.
You enter through a fully private landscaped courtyard, which serves as the heart of the property. Multiple seating areas and an outdoor dining table make it a perfect space for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or evening meals under the desert sky.
Inside, the home is bright and welcoming with Saltillo tile flooring, vaulted ceilings, warm desert tones, and curated furnishings that reflect the relaxed character of La Quinta. The living room offers comfortable seating, a fireplace, wet bar, and an easy indoor-outdoor flow to both patios.
The kitchen has been upgraded with quality appliances, built-ins, and well stocked cookware, making the home well suited for extended stays or seasonal visits.
The rear patio overlooks a peaceful greenbelt and includes a natural gas BBQ for outdoor grilling and relaxed desert evenings.

We enjoyed our 6-week stay very much! We were welcomed warmly, and there were 2 orchid plants and a bottle of wine. We appreciated the clean house, the well-stocked kitchen, and the excellent communication with Sam. When the microwave quit working, Sam had a new one delivered in an hour! Loved the home's courtyard! Enjoyed the pools and the house's location near the La Quinta resort, where we enjoyed some restaurants. We wished we could have stayed longer! Would love to come back again, we felt very at home, able to relax. Thanks so much.
