A 5 minute walk from the gorgeous Old Town La Quinta, this well-appointed, brand new home offers all you need to enjoy La Quinta to its fullest. 4 bedrooms, Pool, Jaccuzzi, multiple TVs, laundry room, kitchen appliances and accessories, gorgeous mountain views, amazing trails just minutes from the house and so much more awaits you during your stay in our home in spectacular La Quinta Cove. We look forward to having you as our guests!

The space
This brand new construction is a modern, fully equipped and very comfortable home featuring open space living room with dining room and gourmet kitchen, four bedrooms including master bedroom with private bathroom and work space. Patio includes 22' pool and a Jacuzzi for 8. Patio area includes outdoor patio furniture, sun beds, umbrellas and a barbecue. Large size driveway can fit up to 4 cars and there is ample street parking.

Please note that rental price does not include pool heating.
Pool heating is paid separately upon arrival at a rate of $75 per each day (24hrs).
