This Studio is the perfect size for 1 or 2 guests looking to enjoy all of the wonderful amenities at the famous Legacy Villas community. This suite has a comfortable King size bed as well as a smart TV with access to cable channels as well as a cozy gas fireplace. The kitchenette is fully stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, and both a keurig and standard drip coffee maker as well as dishes & utensils. The private patio overlooks the pristine main pool and poolside cabanas, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and palm trees. The spacious bathroom has a walk in shower as well as a large soaking tub.
Guests have full Access to Legacy Villas Amenities- including a fitness center, 12 pools/spas, and an onsite weekend cafe! Also enjoy plenty of newly installed EV chargers throughout the community!

The unit we stayed in was not very clean, needed things repaired (dresser knobs, lamps, clean shades) etc. There were no cleaning sprays, only paper towels and the tiniest bottle of Palmolive. We had two bath towels each, but not wash clothes for a 7 night stay. Also the smallest of trash cans and only one extra plastic bag in each little trash can.The property where the unit resided is absolutely magnificent!!! We will gladly stay in that area again, but not this unit.
