Property 3 bedrooms 2 Bath 1515 square feet, enough space for the kids and your pets plus 2 car garage. Pools located a few steps away. Fully furnished with everything you will need. Washer and Dryer inside the unit. overlooking the 5th tee-box of the world-famous Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course at PGA West. Unit has been tastefully remodeled with new floors, kitchen, and bathroom countertops. Includes, Cable, Internet, and Trash.
Only minutes away to Old Town La Quinta, Indio Polo Grounds, and Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
Month to month rental, utilities capped at $250.00. Currently available August 2022 - October 2022 at $3,950/mo. Please contact for peak season rates of November - May. These months book far in advance, so plan now. I also have a Golf Cart in the property that we might be able to include in the rental rate. Thanks for looking.
