We spent 3 months remodeling and upgrading the house to make it light and bright and replaced all furnishings with fun, eclectic and high end pieces, unusual light fixtures and original artwork to make your home-away-from-home just a bit more special... We guarantee there ain't another unit like it anywhere and hopefully the pictures will speak for themselves...

2) BEST location within Legacy Villas! The complex is directly adjacent to the world famous Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort. Our townhome villa is located in the quiet backside of the complex, within a 2 minute walk from 3 pools and hot tubs, directly facing the stunning mountains and the walking trail right behind our unit. Or if you are looking to join the action, we are only a 4 minute walk from the beautiful main pool area that has a kids pool, cabanas, splash area, adult lap pool, general pool, the Legacy Grill restaurant (seasonal), BBQ area, a fully equipped gym, a club house and hammock garden.

3) BEST location for enjoying sun, but avoiding heat. Our back patio and balcony are both at least partially covered and face north-west, so they only get hit by direct sun in the later afternoon. Perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner al fresco while soaking in the amazing views.

4) BEST layout! This is one of the few 2-story townhome units (not a condo) with nobody above or below you. Only 1 shared wall in 1 bedroom ensures you have total peace and privacy.

5) BEST size! With almost 2000 sqft, our unit is 200-600 sqft. larger than most other units at Legacy Villas, so there is lots of space for everyone to spread out. Being a townhome, versus a condo also means that we can legally (and comfortably) sleep up to 8 guests, so our place is perfect for a multi-generational family, 2 families with kids or a group of friends. Our unit has 3 MASTER SUITES with full bathrooms + an additional full bathroom downstairs. Two of the masters have king beds, the 3rd bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and an extra twin mattress, so it can accommodate all the kids or teens in one room and they even get their own bathroom.

6) BEST amenities! We follow the spirit of "more is more" and strive to provide EVERYTHING for you, so all you need to bring is your clothes and food. We have WIFI, cable, TVs in every room, Netflix, everything for fun days at the pool (towels, coolers in different sizes, lots of pool toys, life jackets and puddle jumpers for the little ones) a fully stocked kitchen with all kinds of appliances (and yes, we have a crocpot and coffee grinder, drip coffee maker AND a Keurig), electric BBQ on our patio, a laundry room with front loading HE washer & dryer and detergent provided, bathroom amenities, board games, books, and so much more! We really hope to meet and exceed your every need.

7) BEST place for families. We are parents and know what it entails to travel with kids. Our property has a full over full bunk bed (your kids will love you!), high chair, 2 pack & plays, including bedding, baby monitor, rock and play for babies, safety gates, plastic dishes & utensils, wagon, single and double stroller + everything you need for a day at the pool with little ones - IT'S ALL THERE FOR YOU! Plus a fully stocked kids room with blocks, books, drawing supplies, stuffed animals, games, barbies, movies and Netflix - the kids will be kept busy and happy for days.

8) BEST parking option in our 2 car attached garage! Only a small number of units have attached garages and anyone who has been to the desert knows it's priceless.

9) BEST place for anyone with allergies: We replaced ALL carpets with beautiful wood laminate flooring and tile, so that we can ensure it can be thoroughly cleaned. So no old and dusty carpets in our unit...

MUSIC FESTIVAL AND EVENT WEEKENDS:

Coachella and Stagecoach are incredible festivals that bring thousands of music lovers to the desert cities each year. Security at Legacy Villas is increased and wristband systems are implemented to determine who can enter the 24-hour secured and gated entrance, thus ensuring the safety and security of all residents and guests. Bookings for these Festivals and the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament require non-refundable deposits of 50% of the total rental fee, plus a $1,000 refundable security. Please email us prior to making your booking online, so we can adjust the required amounts accordingly.

Also, we require that an adult 25 years or older always be present, there is absolutely no smoking inside the unit and no parties are allowed!

We respectfully decline bookings with check-in or check out dates on major holidays, including Christmas, New Years, 4th of July and Thanksgiving Day, since our house keepers are not working those days.
