The main patio faces west and is fully covered, so you get some afternoon sun. Perfect for dining al fresco while soaking in the gorgeous views. If you are visiting in the summer, there is also the back patio (off the master) with 2 lounge chairs that faces north.

6) BEST amenities! We follow the spirit of "more is more" and strive to provide EVERYTHING for you, so all you need to bring is your clothes and food. Both have high end, pillow top mattresses, various pillows to choose from, down duvets (during winter months) and 100% soft cotton sheets. You might never want to get out of bed! For extra guests, we offer a queen auto inflatable air mattress in the living room.

8) BEST parking option in our 2 car garage! Only a very small number of units have 2 car garages and anyone who has been to the desert knows it's priceless… We are also lucky to have loads of additional street parking right across from our unit.

Whether you have a large family wanting to travel together, a work retreat, or just a group of friends that wants to be together, but not stay together, we have the perfect place for you! We had the unique opportunity to purchase 4 adjacent units, including 2 studios and 2 x 2bedroom units, like this one, so we can sleep a total of 16 guests, or if you also add our villa #1, we can sleep up to 24 guests! Coachella & Stagecoach are incredible festivals that bring thousands of music lovers to the desert each year. Security at Legacy Villas is increased and wristband systems are implemented to determine who can enter the 24-hour secured and gated entrance, thus ensuring the safety and security of all residents and guests. Bookings for these Festivals are subject to certain restrictions in terms of arrival/departure days, minimum night stays, minimum age requirements, etc. PLEASE BE SURE TO EMAIL US PRIOR TO BOOKING FOR DETAILS!

Also, we require that an adult 25 years or older always be present, there is absolutely no smoking inside the unit and no parties, events or photo shoots are allowed!

We respectfully decline bookings with check-in or check out dates on major holidays, including Christmas, New Years, 4th of July and Thanksgiving Day, since our house keepers are not working on those days.
