The unit has all the comforts of home and provides a great location for getting to everything in the Coachella Valley. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a dining table with seating for six. The bedroom has a queen bed, TV and night stand and closet. The bathroom is ADA compliant with a walk-in shower, low vanity and additional storage cabinets. The back patio opens to a private courtyard within Legacy Villas. The patio has outdoor seating. The unit is a short-walk to the main pool, kids pool, fitness room and clubhouse. Off-street parking is located in front of the unit and additional parking is located along Classic Drive. The unit can be combined with LV018 to create a 2 bedroom unit with dual master suites (subject to availability). The condo has an interior lock-off door between the 1 bedroom and studio units. 1 Parking pass available. There is an expectation that guests minimize noise around the door from 10pm-8am.

Perfect place for escape town

The place was clean and in a good location in the community. Not too far from the main pool, but also close to other one. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and will return again for sure!

Great Thanksgiving Weekend

We have stayed at this community before and this until lives up to our previous experience. The unit was well appointed and centrally located near the main pool. We would come back and stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful desert property

The condo was comfortable. The property was immaculate. Gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. The main pool and hammock area are fun for the kids. The restaurant on property is good for breakfast and lunch. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented a few units and all have been very nice from this management company. The location of this one is great. Near main pool. It wasn’t the cleanest unit, found a cockroach and the patio was still dirty. That being said, it was still a great stay.

Needs A Deep Clean and Maintenance

Management response was excellent; resort was beautiful. Bathroom and linens were clean, and kitchen well stocked except for silverware. Condo needed a Deep Clean!!: the carpet, furniture, faux plants, shelves, light fixtures, kitchen and patio. Maintenance and updating are also needed. There are DVD's, but DVD does not work. Foyer light does not work. Instructions for bedroom TV would be helpful.

Hand held showerhead holder was broken on arrival therefore showering was difficult.for 4 days waiting for a part to repair it. Carpets were filthy. White socks soon were black from walking around the unit. Visible dirt in hard to reach areas of mirrors and counter tops. Good things were great mattress, helpfull communications screen in unit, great resort and location and responsiveness of the host ,

Mixed impression

When we arrived everything was clean and tidy. We immediately noticed there was no BBQ on the patio as shown in the pictures which was a major disappointment. The kitchen was limited in certain items, for example, there were only three glasses for water/juice and we ended drinking out of wine glasses (of which there were many). Also there were no basic supplies like tin foil, saran wrap, spices, etc, just a salt and pepper shaker and that was it. The door hiding the washer/dryer fell off its tracks whenever we opened it, and the AC was wildly inconsistent - either really cold or won't run at all. On a positive note, Legacy Villas has beautifully manicured grounds, many pools, workout facility, and within walking distance to several restaurants at La Quinta Resort. Overall really liked Legacy but not this specific unit.

Nice Place

This unit was clean, well kept and located close to the pool. It was quiet until the later part of the week when young families with kids started arriving. A request for a bbq grill was handled promptly. The grounds are beautiful and pools extra clean (separate family pool). Depending on the going rate at the time, this unit can be a very good value.

A little crazy but it all played out perfectly

Waking up after our first night in the condo, we discovered a massive leak from the condo above us. I mean rushing water from their unit down in to our bathroom and unit. Incredibly prompt response from the host and maintenance and we were moved into a comparable unit in a just few hours. It could have been a nightmare but our host was FANTASTIC and helped us to enjoy a fabulous stay!

This property was excellent!

We stayed here for several days with two pre-teens and they loved it too. It was spacious, close to resteraunts and shopping and appropriately stocked as indicated in the listing. Refrigerator and freezer kept everything cold or frozen. The gym, pool and cabana were very nice. Wifi was great! It is a plus that this property is pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in a nice resort complex. Lots of pools. Lots of condo space for a one bedroom. Great communication with management company, super responsive and easy via text. Not far from Old Town and nearby hiking. Would definitely stay here again.
