"Friendly and very good value for money with boutique feel. Nice location on lake and scenic views with nice dining patio. Room facilities were fine but some guidance on use of tv and basic Keurig would be appreciated. Wifi was down thanks to a motorist hitting a pole in neighborhood but not in any way the Hotel’s fault."

"The room itself was clean and quiet. Except when the aircon was on. Had to be moved because it actually shook the room and sounded like a jet engine; the second room's aircon was just slightly better. The bed felt like a rock, and the pillows had no padding to them. The staff was overall very friendly and considerate. The pool was dirty, as was the jacuzzi. The spa, closed. The breakfast was abundant, but every time we got dishes either for ourselves or on request, they were dirty and had not been washed properly. That's a huge health risk. The property is listed as dog friendly, but there was nowhere indoors other than in the room for our dog to be, which is inconvenient. I tried sitting in the dining area, at the very edge of the room, with my well-behaved dog, who was just quietly relaxing at my feet and was told he was not allowed to remain. Also, very importantly, the designated places where a dog can use the facilities were too far for considerate and convenient use. The grassy areas were way at the back of the property or way in the front, with no easy walkway or route to either. The property, for the most part, has pebble landscaping, though there were plenty of places they could have had a little dog run on the left side of the property. This area was unused, far enough away from any room and within easy access to the side entrance. With how hot it gets in that area, I'd like to see the addition of a gated dog run, with fake grass, a hose, and a shady tree."

"Property was conveniently located for our needs and our room was well appointed. Staff is excellent. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sheets are not soft, nor did they stay on the bed. The king mattress was too big for the box spring and made horrible sounds everytime you sat or moved on it. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Air conditioning was loud. Manager adjusted the price on our room for inconvenience, which is why I gave hotel overall 4 stars instead of 3, staff get 5 stars!"
