Kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliance and updated cabinets. Dining area conveniently located off the kitchen with seating for 6. There is tile flooring in kitchen, dining, living room, and hallways with carpeted bedrooms. Large washer and dryer located in the laundry room. Long back patio facing east overlooking the 8th tee of the Palmer Private Course. Property is very nicely decorated and waiting for you to enjoy. Propane BBQ Closely located to Community Pool and Spa. Garage for one car Only.

This Home is a very comfortable place to stay while you're exploring the Coachella Valley or attending the Coachella Music and Arts Festival, Desert Int'l Horse Circuit, Tennis Events, Polo Games, and Golf Tournaments. Some of the best dining in the valley is just a short drive away. Old Town La Quinta is also close by. There are many miles of bike and walking trails available if that is an attractive activity for you.

Perfect Palace

This is the perfect little gem. Easy to get in and out of PGA West and close to old town. It was clean and had best feeling in the home. Looking forward to coming back soon!! Loved the decor. Thanks so much to luxury leasing for all the help and communication.
