Beautiful 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom Villa next door to La Quinta Resort & Club a Waldorf Astoria Resort, in walking distance to Downtown La Quinta, few miles from Polo Grounds hosting Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals & Indian Wells Tennis Gardens where BNP Paribas Open takes place.
Resort style grounds of Legacy Villas welcome you with 12 saltwater pools and spas, gym, club house, fountains, hammock garden.
Spacious unit with kitchen including all new higher end appliances, laundry and large, covered patio. King size bed in the bedroom and queen size aero bed (self inflating, and self deflating) to set up in living room.
