"The pool amenities were amazing. So many options as to where to hang out poolside. Outside and inside facilities were well maintenance. Staff was always available to help with questions and daily services. The beach was another amenity. See access, walkable, and swimmable. This was our 2nd time staying at the Hilton in a one year span. It was just as pleasant as it was a year ago. "

I loved everything about this Hotel this is the 1st time I give an excellent review to a Hotel. The malecon is nearby walking distance we walked there every night it was so lovely. "The Hotel Mio is a great place to stay. The Manager Christina is great and if any concerns she is willing to help. Our TV wasn’t working and she stayed after work to personally fix the problem so we could watch Netflix in our room. Ronaldo and Miguel always greeted us and asked if we needed anything. The front desk check in were also so kind to us. Thank you Amanda and Fidel always made sure to greet us with a wave and a smile. These little gestures made us feel welcomed. Our room Christina put us in was excellent. Had a great view and was quiet. The gym is great! The pool has great cocktails and the pool gets sun!! I highly recommend this Hotel and for us this is the place to stay! Thanks Hotel Mio 🇨🇦"

"Exactly what I wanted. Great location and that old world feel of PVR. We loved our king suite and views. Just be ready for stairs no elevator. The staff were great and helpful. Close to everything. Easy walking. Even our snorkle trip pick us up two blocks away. I also recommend Fluffy's for breakfast. For the price well worth it."

"Everything was great!! My only complaint and it's not really a complaint was we only had our room cleaned once in 5 days because she always came around 5pm and we were resting or getting ready for dinner. We would just swap towels and all was good. "
