"The actual motel is not as nice as pictures. I prefer to leave no feedback if negative but my experience was sooo negative I have no choice. Small room, smelled and looked unclean, dated motel, sketchy area, no amenities, worst of all ROACHES galore. Parking is tight. Front desk staff was friendly and as helpful as she could be. Would not recommend nor ever return."

"We stayed 5/29 and checked out 5/31, there was no hot water the whole time during our stay so showering was not possible unless you like 70 degree water which is basically your supply temp in Florida. Staff couldn't help said talk to management. Laundry area had no lights by equipment, room safe didn't work, and thermostat on wall in room didn't work which created its own issues. I really have issues with the no hot water this isn't a home away from home stay with that and temp control in room being half working created issues as all the way by the bathrooms were not cool enough unless you pushed the unit to below 70 which was too cold by the unit. Laundry was coin operated so bring quarters because they couldn't supply $4 worth so we could do our laundry and had to get from local gas station. Breakfast was fine but had to wonder how they washed the dishes that the food was in? Probably why guess had paper plates instead of real plates but I could be wrong."

"Of course the pool was closed the entire stay! Rooms extremely outdated (ex: rusty lamps). Breakfast terrible (stale bread, questionable eggs & watered down coffee. On the bright side… No bedbugs, no mildew, no junkies in vicinity, and an overall peaceful atmosphere to lay your head."

"This is an infested property. I paid for a room for 2 i did not know that 50 roach guest would be included in my stay. I didn’t even get to stay at the hotel because of this problem. i moved to different rooms and it just got worse. I am terrified of roaches so i had to sleep in my car due to the hotel condition. I had my day perfectly planned out and the check in time was perfect for me to leave at 5pm. I spend a hour inspecting and switching rooms. I have a couple of small disabilities where i can’t pick up heavy things and what made me even more mad was that the carts of your bags didn’t even work so after carrying my stuff on my own to the room and back down and to the next room and back to my car was painful. The staff moved like roaches were a decoration and then told me i have to contact hotels.com for my money back since i was only in the room for 15 mins. I will be contacting corporate about this property. Worst experience of my entire life i have never cried from stress with something so simple i don’t even live over here this was for a little trip and this property caused me to leave early."
