About this property
Executive cabin in the woods!
- This executive cabin-style home sports all the bells and whistles. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath floor plan looks out over an immaculately cared for and treed 1.25 acres. Amenities include: Fabulous great room with 18 foot ceiling and tons of natural light, extensive hardwood, efficient woodstove and backup electric heat, tongue & groove joints, and all of the appliances you need. Located in the desirable Lazy River area and very close to the Quail Run Golf Course. Large firepit behind the cabin that can fit all., and wood stove inside the cabin with firewood provided. You have access to the cabin, carport and firepit.
Owners representative lives part-time in the ADU on the property in the shop, but you will have 100% privacy. Only 15 minutes south of Sunriver and 30 minute drive to Mt Bachelor and Cascade Lakes Highway. Come and enjoy active Central Oregon lifestyle!
