"Consider renting one with AC during the summer, the heat can be difficult to handle. Also keep in mind that you will not have housekeeping unless you stay over 9 nights. There’s not a lot of flexibility on check in. Still, the place is a corner of paradise, beautiful!"

"This is a great hotel, great room with sea view. The pool was lovely and not too busy. Easy to get to La Pelosa as they have a shuttle. I did not manage to get any tickets though as I think my mobile had some sort of firewall blocking it. Advise to take laptop or iPad maybe. The hotel are not able to book tickets"

"Great stay! Would definitely stay here again. The extra fees (particluarly utlitity fee) at checkin were a little unexpected, but I may have missed that in the booking. We would recommend this place! Be sure to book the beach ahead if time. We wish we would have known that. If the beach is all reserved, we found you can still rent 2 chairs for 47 euro. The beach with the shallow sandbar is not to be missed. Best beach we have ever seen. "

"The property is in a perfect location and easily accessible from the central bus stops. There are various shopping amenities within very easy reach and there are several excellent restaurants too. Walking distance to the harbour and sea promenade. Wifi in the room. It would have been great if the children were allowed a bit of fruit juice or a glass of milk with their breakfast. Perhaps a bottle of water in the room would help a weary traveller to refresh themselves. "

"Lovely clean hotel only a few minutes from the port, but facilities not as advertised, arrived off the ferry at 9.30pm to be told the bar was not open because there was only one member of staff checking guests in?!...wouldn't be a problem but don't advertise a bar, Pool advertised....but not open until between 6-8pm!...not convenient with most arriving from the port at 9.30pm and leaving in the morning,one very disappointed little boy, a swim after breakfast would have been lovely. Again this would have been fine had we known. "

"when booking this hotel, it was stated that there was free wi-fi included, we'll there was NONE! secondly this hotel is still under construction and clearly was not ready for guests at least in the building we were assigned. 1. NO lights above night table just holes in the walls for future electric. 2.Power outage during HOT night where we lost all power including air conditioning 3. no handles on door to enter. 4. someone was able to acess our room whilst we were sleeping because their key was able to be used in our lock So frightening!! It's obivous Q Resort was not ready for guests. I am a hotels.com good customer and would demand a credit of at least one night's stay that was so unbearable. please contact "
