The floor would have been comfier to sleep on than the bed. Might as well have used paper towels as pillows. The shower was not drained and was dirty.

This property is very run down, it must have been really nice maybe 25y ago but now it has mold in all the wood fixture like cabinets and doors and the paint in the bathroom is bubbling off the walls. We found many cockroaches in our room, it was disgusting.

The man that checked us in was wonderful. The place is absolutely gorgeous it just as in disrepair and needs a lot of repairs. The walls in our room or super thin or you could hear a pin drop even in the other rooms they need some insulation. The pool needs to be drained and chlorine needs to be put inside of it if someone came in here with about 500 grand and then an overhaul this place would be the bomb.

Excelente en relación calidad/precio

Excelente la tranquilidad del lugar. Había muchas cosas en proceso de mantenimiento pero es entendible. Estaban cambiando de proveedor de cable, la alberca con vista al mar es perfecta, pero las otras estaban vacías y sucias, espero que pudieran hacer algo al respecto. Excelente el desayuno.

El hotel está abandonado. En exceso sucio y maltratado. Es el peor hotel donde me he quedado. No debería de tener ni 1 Estrella. Sin cable, sin internet, sucio, y con el mobiliario roto.

Just ok

My stay was ok I guess. Items that were suppose to be available upon request are not so don’t bother. We ended bringing one more child that was one and didn’t even think will be a big deal and immediately they wanted to charge us for an adult. The rooms are ok. Kitchenette is just a sink. No microwave available. In the beginning the rooms were being cleaned soon after it was just the beds. The only amazing thing is the pool. And how u can overlook the ocean. I will book elsewhere next time

Great room set up

Beautiful property but not very operational.The swimming pools are cold, the jacuzzi is green & cold. The room is a great set up to share. Separate rooms with king beds & sitting area, couches between. Wonderful hot shower. Coffee pot in room, great view.

Hotel is very old . Doors dont work well, wall plugs loose, my bed had stain of blood on mattress , room dusty . The hotel is very dark , pool very dirty. Not worth staying here at all they should just shut down the hotel .

Es un hotel amplio y alejado del malecon, pero bastante bien el personal súper amable, tiene amplio estacionamiento, un hotel bueno, lo único es que la alberca a mi punto de vista le falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero en general buen hotel

It was filthy! The hotel had cockroaches running everywhere. They are absolutely infested!!! The water was dirty and infested with mosquitos. Stay away from this location!

Upon arrival we were told of a wedding that night. The band included a trumpet that made it feel like they were right in our room all night. The staff were uninformed about what was open or closed. They directed us to the restaurant only to find out it was closed for the wedding. Rooms were large but dingy and bathroom had a bad smell. Grout was peeling off and dirty. No place to park either due to the wedding
