This Suite offers three bedrooms, a large private terrace to enjoy the sunsets, full kitchen, generous living spaces, washer & dryer, air conditioning, and eincredible sea view—perfect for extended stays.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the complex’s amenities, you will be able to enjoy the four restaurants at Puerta Cortés: Japanese cuisine at Odayaka, international flavors at Taberna Española, pizzas and salads at Picnic, and tacos at Majagua.The penthouse is accessible via elevator and includes high-speed Wi-Fi and cleaning essentials.

The Neighborhood:

Nestled in Playa de la Paz and just minutes from Puerta Cortés, the neighborhood is peaceful and safe, surrounded by natural beauty yet close to marinas, golf, and dining options.

Getting Around:

La Paz is best explored by car. A rental will allow you to easily visit downtown, the Malecon, and breathtaking nearby beaches like Playa El Tecolote and Playa Balandra.

📌Daily cleaning service is available upon request for an additional $25 USD per day.
