"The hotel is clean. The room has everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The window can be opened. The hotel was quite calm. Every day 2 small bottles of water were left in the room for free. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast is available for a fee. But there is a problem: the kitchen workers do not speak English and it is quite difficult to explain your order. "Spacious , clean in a nice part of Condessa easily accessible to most anything. Only issue was on first morning had to take a cold shower because the handles weren’t labeled, you only needed a VERY small amount of cold water and it took about 10 min to warm up because we were on the 4th floor. After figure out the shower situation the rest of the stay was excellent. "
