"The communication was on point. Only thing was that the city water in the last few days was slow. My family and I couldn’t shower on our last day due to no water."

"The property was well kept. The care takers live near by so any help that was needed was provided. The fridge broke and was quickly repaired. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place."

"Adequate. The A/C for the apartment consists of an a/c unit in each of the bedrooms upstairs. Only fans are available downstairs. Be mindful the bath downstairs is a wet bath, and if you aren't used to traveling abroad, the toilet is a bidet. The wasing machine is nice to have, but window above is open, so when it rained, everything below got wet. Security for the unit was great and our hostess was pleasant. "

"I actually had to stay elsewhere. The place looked lived in from the outside but when I called the host, they assured me it wasn’t so I decided to go in. The smell was bad and the kitchen was flooded so I didn’t really experience the place. I left. Sorry I didn’t have better news to report."

"The property was clean well managed and in excellent condition. the location was in an excellent location and easy to go Marquee Mall nearby and SM Mall. the owner was attentive and communicated very effectively when any issues came up. The apartment was in good condition and my wife react very positively to have the ability to have space for her family. "
