The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly, kind, and polite. They made the stay comfortable and pleasant.

There was one receptionist that was incredibly helpful and kind. The rest of the staff is extremely slow at serving. We rented the presidential suite...very nice suite but there was nothing to drink in the fridge and no snacks whatsoever. We won't come back

Hotel is very Nice, the beach is Amazing, pool and pool restaurant & bar are great and good food Room is very nice but unfortunately service wasn't as expected, we paid 630 euros per night so they can tell us you got only one bottle of water per day, the room you can't open the balcony doors because of the amount of mosquitoes and insects, coffee machine wasn't working and no capsules, poor buffet, too expensive for a 4stars hotel

A small clean hotel in a beautiful location. No late check out was a pain when most flights are at night.

The rooms were maintained and cleaned to a very high standard The staff were very courteous always greeted you with a smile on their face and never went past you without saying hello. The reception staff were very accommodating Suman on front desk who received us was very good. In fact, all the staff were amazing restaurant staff in old restaurants they got to know what I wanted very fast and at one stage I just need you to sit down at the table and whatever I needed to eat was there !! Good selection on breakfast, fruits fresh juices, breads and Alcote menu used to order from. And a waffle and pancake station to boot.! The outdoor pool area was nice overlooking to see I took a private villa room with a pool, which was absolutely amazing and very peaceful and private
